Times Square exhibitionist known as The Naked Cowboy (who wears boots, briefs and a hat) wore a jacket, making him the not-so-naked-cowboy. Weatherproof convinced the Manhattan tourist attraction to wear one of their coats for some photo-ops (and a grand). Next time, he'll start wearing Ginch Gonch underwear. [WWD]

Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham lands at the top of the Worst Dressed in 2007 list, in which Mr. Blackwell describes her style as, ""In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty 'Posh' can really wreck-em."
